The property is a block of six units run by a private body corporate, the services needed are below:
Mow and edge lawns monthly or as required in summer (less often in winter) - across front of units and small amount at rear,
Collect and remove fallen palm fronds each visit and clear footpaths and back drains of any leaves or debris,
Trim any trees, hedges or shrubs etc, every second visit that grow out over footpaths or walkways.
There is a green bin on site for grass clippings and small trimmings etc but large items like palm fronds that don't fit are to be removed.
