I have a house at Thornlands that has an existing lawn (front and rear). The lawn was layed on a clay base it seems and would benefit from a good top soiling. Also the front yard has slight sunk... Access to the front yard is very easy..the rear yard will require wheelbarrow.

whole property is bark and stones, but unfortunitly the people i brought the house off didnt put weed mats down first, so weeds just keep popping up, tryed using round up spray, and just pulling... whole property is bark and stones, but unfortunitly the people i brought the house off didnt put weed mats down first, so weeds just keep popping up, tryed using round up spray, and just pulling them out but they just keep on comming, so guess i need some toxic stuff to kill vegitation for good.as bad as that sounds:)
