General yard tidy up and maintenance

We have a 1100 sq m block (600 sq m reamins in turf and gardens) which we maintain reasonably well. We need someone to remove weeds from a 40m l x 1m w garden on top of 1m (maximum) high retaining wall (the garden is already planted and mulched - just a few weeds coming through). Spread more sugar cane mulch. Plus pull or spray weeds that are coming through the retaining wall.
Edge front lawn around by the white stones. Lawn has grown over brick edge so need to remove. Remove all leaves from white stone area (approx. 10m x 3m area) by blower vac. Remove leaves from the roof near this area.
Weed spray in a small corner section (0.5m x 0.5m)
Weed front garden (10m x 1m) and potentially lay more bark.
Would like someone to do this bigger tidy up first and then come back monthly to maintain.
