Cost to undertake all of the following items:
1. Remove all general rubbish items in rear and north side and items from chicken coop and mulch.
2. Trim/ hedge shrubs front right hand side including cut back to fence line branches over nature strip.
3. Hedge shrubs along drive and one at end off house.
4. Remove all weeds north side of house (once general rubbish items removed) and tidy, there is brick, pebbles and tiles under weeds.
5. Spray of poison to all weeds in gardens front, drive and north side.
Note: There is a large 240L Green waste bin available on-site. Glen Eira Council also a offer a free pickup service for junk/bric a brac if items are placed on the nature strip and Council waste service is contacted.
