All I can say is that Michael is someone I would recommend. His professionalism and customer care is beyond reproach. No issue was too small or too big for Michael. He took absolute pride in his work and follow up. He was respectful that this was someone's home and not a construction site. He created a back yard which is not only aesthetically pleasing but one that my daughter can now play in. He was meticulous in his work and met the brief provided with no deviations. I will definitely be using him again. His version of customer service is beyond the norm. My neighbour is disputing paying for the fence that Michael did. Rather than just say to me that my job is finished he is willing to speak to the neighbour so I can be reimbursed.
