G'day, need a regular gardener to get the garden up to scratch and then maintain regularly. This will include small projects at first but once complete will need regular maintenance. The job will entail: (i) Keeping gutters clear of debris (ii) Weeding pavements and stoned areas (iii) Clearing Scrub and keeping this clear (iv) Creek maintenance which includes roadbase and gravel removal (v) piling of green waste for burning (vi) Keeping the immediate garden and driveway around the house tidy and some pruning (vii) The odd landscaping and maintenance projects. Mowing the lawns are not required.
The property in total in less than a quarter acre and has a small creek running through it. Happy to send photos if this helps.
Initially, the jobs will be based on a quote and fixed cost basis until the property can be maintained. From there a monthly rate can be agreed. All small projects quoted that are outside regular maintenance will be quoted on a fixed cost basis. You'll need heavy duty tools to be efficient. Living locally and having public liability insurance is an advantage. Workcover insurance is a must have.
