Back yard:
I'd like to lay Synthetic Turf on soil.
The main concern is weed.
I need a way to stop the weeds that were ignored by ex-owner.
70cm tall weeds on 8 sqm ground covered by stone mulch.

Also:
5 low plants requires cut (occupying about 10sqm).
Prefer time is a Monday within next 3 weeks.
