Garden Clean up then ongoing Monthly Maitance

At first I would like a garden spring clean. ie: weeds removed lawn mowed and edged Trees and plants trimmed. DId have a regular guy under the Jims Mowing Franchise but he was below par.
Once the clean up is done then I want a regular monthly or fortnightly maintenance program to keep the yard in tip top shape.
My Budget is more for the ongoing maintenance and not the initial clean up.
