Clear weeds and lay new turf and/or plants on the nature strip for two (possibly three) houses. The nature strip is on the south side of the street and has 4 mature deciduous trees with dense foliage. The strip receives some sun in spring in the morning but I suspect that once the trees are in full foliage, it will receive very little so turf may not be an option. The strip is currently covered in weeds. My next door neighbours and I seek quotes to recommend a low maintenance solution, remove the weeds, prepare new soil and install the new plants/turf. One neighbour is on board and we may approach a third house to see if they wish to do something about their nature strip too. The strip can be viewed at any time of day or night as it is a public open space.
I am also seeking quotes for a tidy up of my back garden.
