Our tilt-a-door has trouble opening and closing. The remote control still works but when it gets to a certain point on the roller tracks it becomes stuck, requiring someone to pull hard on the door. This happens usually only with the closing of the door - the door opens automatically without trouble. I think it is a relatively straight forward fix but may need some alignment of the rollers on each side?
