We cannot get the remote to make the door open/close. we have checked the battery and the red light shows. we have checked the code and it seems correct. the receiver/opener is on and the red light on it is on there too. so it seems it is an electrical problem. we also have lost the key for manually locking and unlocking the door. we are located in newcastle. we also need some down-lights that have gone replaced.
