I have a garage opener Merlin Prolift 230T. The motor itself works fine (i.e. I can operate it by manually pressing open/close button). However, the control unit that communicates with the remotes has developed a fault – it is intermittently not reacting to commands from remote controls over the last couple of months. Can you please provide an indicative price for replacing a remote control unit and whether you charge a callout fee (if so, how much).
