The door was originally installed by Rossdoor and has a Tiltamatic TRG300 motor.
The steel panel lift door needs repair. Approx 25 years old. Main spring has broken so the stainless steel wires on each end snapped and the door closed shut. Door size 4.9M x 2.1M
The motor and chain still works and the chain latch has released,
Needs new main spring, news stainless steel wires. Possibly needs new or readjusted roller guides. Also needs overall mechanical service and to check, adjust and ensure opening height is consistent as it could vary by 100mm or so.
Need to know approximate cost of repair or cost of new door & motor.
