i am on the body corporate for a block of units. the panel lift garage door has a broken torsion spring (1 of 2)and one roller visibly damaged. the small interlock to the chain appears to be missing too, the motor is ok.i need a quote for the replacement of both springs, repair of the roller, replacement of the chain linkage lock and general going over of the door to get it back to good order.
