Dear Sir,
The door (one car garage) is about 15 years old. It was ok this morning with remote control. But at night when trying to open it with remote, it doesn't open at all. Tried multiple times even with spare remote, The motor seems silent at the moment when pressing remote. I wonder what is the cost to open it from outside so I can change from automatic to manual operation. Could I also have seperate quote for cheapest replacement if the motor is proved dead. Thanks.
