Email sent to Service Central:\nI am just writing to tell you of my disappointment in Gryphon Doors who answered this ad for me but never contacted me. I wrote to you on Sep the 24th or round abouts to tell you they had not contacted me even after I sent them an email. The very next day they contacted me ( I assume that they got a email from you guys telling them to) and asked me for my contact details again and apologised for not getting back to me earlier. That was on the 25th of September, I sent an email with my details as they asked on the 25th of September and again on the 27th of September and to this day have still not had anybody from Gryphon Doors contact me. I think that their customer service is very poor.
