when remote pushed motor only travels appox 12 inches and returns to unit much slower then normal. after a few goes then cable will not travel at all but light still comes on and you hear aa clicking sound, next day will travel 12 inches agian few times and then click only agian. remote works fine. the motor and panel door is 12 yrs old. brand of motor is automatic access equipment pl and the modle of the motor unit is access 2400. and the panel door is by steel line doors.
