I have a B&D roller door CAD4. I think with wear the door spring has slackened and subsequently when last opened the motor got stuck. I can now hear a hum from the motor & the chain won’t budge. I had to release the trolley arm to close the door. Also, a green light at the back of the unit keeps blinking.
