We have a tilt door. One of the arms that raises the door appears bent and as it opens it is rubbing against the plate that holds it. Consequently, when we automatically close it it won't stay shut as it doesn't quite make it all the way, and it re-opens. it also appears as though the arm could break which could be dangerous.
