I have a B&D Panelift door with a B&D Cotroll-A-Door MPC4 Motor for my double garage. Motor no longer coordinates proper closing: when the door hits the floor the motor then raises it. Previous calls for repair have tentatively worked but this is an ongoing issue so I'm looking to replace the motor completely. Looking for someone who's work is guaranteed: available at home next couple of days if you wish to pop in for a look and to quote the job.
