I got sectional garage door. The garage door motor is from “Boss”. Recently observed that when opening and closing the garage door, it makes a lot of noise, like a grinding sound. The noise continues until the garage door completely open or close. Also it seems the “Chain” is little bit loose (Not sure) someone needs to fix the issue. Thanks.
