Removal of an internal wall on the ground floor of a terrace house. the wall will need to have
beam: 2/200ub25.4 placed side by side
span: 3300mm max
support: existing brickwork with 200mm min end
it has been recommended that the wall is not to be fully removed to the underside of the ceiling and that a section of brickwork having minimum depth 300mm should be left above the beam(s).
