Concrete Slab for Shed

Hi,
Need someone to do a concrete slab for us. The size need be 3 X 3 meters. A dog kennel is to be installed on this slab later. A standard 100mm slab is required, needs have a smooth surface. The ground is reasonable, with some slopes, and need some levelling.
