Restaurant/Bar floor needs to be sanded back and repolished/varnished. There are a number of cigarette burns and general wear and tear.
- The job would need to be completed in January 2008 whilst we are closed for the Christmas/New Year break. However, we do still trade on Friday and Saturdays so the job has to be completed between Sunday-Thursday.
- It is a large space - approx 130sqm.
