Vinyl tile flooring required to be supplied and laid.
The total area approx. 8.3 Square metres. The kitchen area is approx. 6 Square metres and the bathroom 2.3 Square metres
The vinyl tiles that I'd like are the Polyflor 2314 White Marble for the bathroom and the 2301 Romano Stone for the kitchen with single black perimeter strip in the bathroom and complementary imitation grout strips in the kitchen.
Underlay in kitchen will be required and probably a skim coat of Ardit for leveling the floor in the bathroom.
Floor plan, dimensions and photos of area can be supplied on request.
