Kitchen size is 3.2 x 2.5m = 8 sq. m. some variation as there is a bench and cupboard in the way. we require, new vinyl flooring to be laid, (which we will supply), either sheeting or vinyl tiles. presently 300x300mm vinyl tiles on floor. with a strip about 6cmx2m in front of the kitchen sink missing. so if you lay tiles over the old floor, you would have to build it up. other option is to remove old tiles. best to give a quote.
