We have recently bought a Victorian home. The house floor has golden myrtle floorboards that requires a polish and buff to remove some light surface scratches. **No sanding is required. The house is empty with no furniture, and we require it to be done before moving in.
We will have the keys in the morning, so the job can begin in the early afternoon on Monday 22/06/09. We will have the furniture movers coming in the next day, so the job must be completed prior to Tuesday 23/06/09.
Approximate total area of the floor boards is 49 sq metres.
