Uplift existing carpet and install floating laminate in apartment

Looking to get a quote for how much it would be to uplift and dispose of carpet and underlay in the living room and hallway of a unit ~40m2 work, remove the carpet pegs to the slab, install the laminate underlay and then install the laminate itself.
Keen to know also the cost on top to remove and then add back the skirting. Plan is to just keep the skirting as is and then put a trim around the laminate, but will consider the skirting removal and addition option if its not alot on top.
I'm looking at getting the laminates and underlay from Bunnings.
