Two bedrooms require new flooring. The old carpet has already been removed. Timber or laminate flooring to be put in its place. The rooms are completely empty.
The sizes of the two bedrooms are:
3.5 x 3.6 and 3.1 x 3.6.
If the price is right, there is a third room (roughly the size of both bedrooms) that I would also like to replace the floor in. Carpet would need to be removed and furniture moved for the job in that room.
Access to the apartment is via stairs on the third level. There are no lifts.
