Timber floors painted a solid pale colour

Zoe requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Richmond

I am about to have my house re stumped. My tradesmen will replace worn timber boards.

I then want to lightly sand and paint the timber a solid pale colour. (not lime or stain).

It does not have to be a perfectly levelled finish, I don't mind if there is cracking as a result of the boards swelling and different joins etc, but I don't not want to see the grain of the timber.

The area I need done is hall, living/dining.
