I require a new timber floor to be laid on a concrete slab in a ground floor apartment. The surface may need some attention, since it may not be even. I will provide the timber and it is pre-finished tongue and groove oak. It isn't floating floor, so it has to be glued. All skirting boards have been removed and they don't need to be installed. I am ready to hire, but the job will have to commence in 4-5 weeks time since there are other stages of the renovation that have to be completed.
