I am looking for a quote for the supply and install of Polysafe heavy duty slip retardant sheet vinyl with granular chips of silicon carbide & adhesive to manufacturer’s specifications. That includes the supply and install of pre-formed cove fillet for coving (mitre all coved corners) to kick plates & extending up walls 100mm in areas as nominated. Provide matching weld rods & suitable adhesives with floor preparation of self-levelling compound & primer to manufacturer’s specifications. Provide brass threshold strips as required. Moreover, I need a quote too for the supply and install of Flotex silica carpet tiles.

Total of 11 sqm of VL1 Polysafe 2mm Hydro Evolve Tigris 4257
Total of 80 ml of VL Polysafe coved corners.
Total of 18 sqm of Flotex Silica carpet tiles.
Provide hydro vinyl for showers & accessible toilet/shower over graded screed as indicated in the attached document.
