Supply and lay/install spotted gum prefinished (select grade) hardwood in 120m2 (sqm) area. approx 80m2 on concrete area(downstairs) and approx 40m2(upstairs) on floor boards. this is a new house expected to finish early next year (2009). would like to have 2 quotations.
1. to supply pre-finished select grade spotted gum hardwood (130 x 19)
2. cost for labour + other material cost.
