Stop squeaking flooring under sealed cork floor

The original floor was chipboard and then cork was laid over the top and sealed. It started squeaking and has continued to get a bit worse with time. Access is possible from under the house, but it cannot be accessed from above due to the cork. Would like the squeaking fixed.
