We are renovating an older house with existing timber flooring.
we need someone who can stitch into this existing floor about 200 linear meters of recycled floorboards. some of the flooring will be onto joist, and a larger area (4x5m) onto an existing timber floor that does not match the rest of the house and is one floorboard width lower than the existing floor.
we also need repair of some holes in a hallway and where the old kitchen cabinets used to sit.
the entire floor area is about 55 sq m. but the area the recycled boards need to be layed is 30 sq m.
the wood is spotted gum & tassie oak and the boards are 130mm wide and varying lengths.
