It is a 1 bedroom apartment where floorboards comprise entrance, kitchen and lounge.
They are Tasmanian Oak floorboards of a pale colour and I would like them to be stained dark brown (ash hue NOT red or orange).
I approximate the total area to be 40 sqm. I would also require a polish.
If possible, please provide an additional quote for a further 20m² (approx) of boards to be laid in the bedroom that is currently carpeted.
