We have some water damaged wood flooring and skirting board. It is a small area of flooring we need replaced. The wood is only thin (not hard wood floors) - more like vinyl (I think) parquetry flooring. The skirting board is a long piece of wood running along the bottom of sliding doors leading to our balcony.
