We have 36m2 of slate flooring to be removed and replaced with 8mm laminate timber flooring. Plus an additional 22m2 of flooring to be installed . So total of 58m2 fooring to be supplied and laid and 36m2 of exsisting slate floor to be removed and floor prep for timber floor. Rooms included in slate removal; laundry, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, dining, hallway, entrance alcove.
The lounge room has already had carpet removed.
