We have a 70m2 apartment and would like to have the floorboards sanded and stained throughout (excluding the bathroom).
After removing tiles in the hallway and kitchen we have discovered cement board that is glued to the floorboards. This will also need to be removed. The rest of the apartment already has polished floorboards however we would like them stained darker.
