Sand, paint and polish floors

Cameron requested 3 quotes from Floorers in Kingston

I currently have a wooden floor about 65 - 70 sqaure meters, I could be off I bit on that :) The floor needs to be sanded back and varnished.

Sanding and polishing of back deck
Need to have timber deck approx 42sqm sanded and re-coated.

Bathroom floor laying and sealing
Bathroom floor needs laying and sealing ready for tiling.

Asap prepair/polish concrete internal flooring aprox 35m2 split over 2 levels
I require approximately 35m2 of concrete to be prepared and polished asap....
