Replace rotten piers, joist and T&G timber flooring

Would like a quotation on the following, please provide cost SEPARATELY for each item, thanks:
1. Replace rotten iron bark piers with either steel, brick or concrete, whichever is cheapest. This probably involves new footings and ant caps. Unsure about the quantity, so perhaps quote on per unit basis.
2. Replace all bad joists, i will be in contact with pest control expert to advise which items need replacement/treatment if required.
3. Lay prefinished bamboo flooring over exisitng timber boards (sitting on joists). There is a little bit of uneven surfaces. Please advise separate cost for either laying timber battens or plywood, if timber boards need to be ripped out. The area is 40m2.
