Floorboards need to be screwed in tightly as nails have been loosened over time and is now creaking due to the nails rubbing against the floorboards.
also, wedge needs to be installed between wall and floor as there is a gap between the two.
also, silicon sealing will need to be installed to internal corners of shower and around bath to prevent moisture from seeping in.
lastly, down lights in house should be clear of insulation and is not at the moment
