We have a few small areas of narrow cyprus pine flooring that requires patching. We took out some walls and built-ins and the boards underneath were not replaced correctly at the time. We are keen to get the floor patched properly now before listing the house for sale in a couple of weeks. This is not a big job but we are looking for a good local floor sander who can help us with some quick work.
