Hello
The floating floors in our rental property have unfortunately been damaged by a tenant (white surface stains in places) and we are hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible, and at least cost.
We are therefore chasing quotes for the repair of these select floorboards if that's possible, or the full replacement of the floors if not (probably laminate or bamboo floating floors).
I've attached a photo of a damaged section of floor. Any advice on how we could approach this problem would also be appreciated.
