Repair floor and reseal floor areas in commercial kitchen

A visit from the health department has confirmed that our commercial kitchen requires attention in two areas.
1. area out side our coolroom needs to be repainted with an epoxy seal. this area is about 2sq metres.
2. a smaller area in our main kitchen area has cracks in the seal and the concrete.
both of these issues require urgent attention pending a second visit from the health department.
