Repair floating Engineered Blackbutt Floorboards

The Current Floating boards were installed in unit before purchase, There is warping in some boards near bathroom, which is having a flow on effect to the other boards ie warping- need to know if they can be repaired.

If the new boards purchased do not match the current colour, can the the boards be sanded and re-finished through out the unit (51m2)
