I have an approx 30sq double storey home and the upstairs flooring is creaking/squeaking with just about every step we take. the house is 8yo and we had an inspection report before we bought it 8 months ago - which mentioned the creaking floor and suggested it may require re-nailing. we also had a pest inspection report - which suggested no termintes - so i'm hoping not to find them
i would therefore like a quote to pull up the carpet, re-nail the boards and replace the carpet.
as to the buget, i've really got no idea.
