Total Approx. Floor area - 85sqm
The house is around 25 - 30 yrs old. We are would like the installation work to begin on or around 23rd Nov. 09.
Currently it is a carpeted floor and there is a timber floor underneath. I am not sure if the timber floor underneath can be sanded and polished to get a good finish.
Would you be supplying the timber boards? If so can you please send me your price list?
Can you please include a separate price for the removal of the carpet.
