House built in the 1960s-70s has hardwood floors through living area, hallway and one bedroom - I would like to have these refinished. Kitchen/dining has had cork laid over the top (I assume that there are hardwood boards underneath) - to remove the cork and refinish the boards. Three bedrooms have carpet and part of the hallway has ceramic tiles - all to be removed and refinish the boards. If there are no hardwood boards under the carpet/cork/ceramic tiles then I would like a timber (?floating) floor installed that will match the existing hardwood boards. Work needs to be done in the last week of October. Please do not respond if you cannot do the job that week.
