Remove and replace vinyl/laminate

Michelle requested 2 quotes from Floorers in Doncaster

to remove and replace vinyl at kitchen/dining area (approx 27 sqm).

To also evaluate if cheaper to just place new vinyl over existing vinyl

To remove old vinyl and install new vinyl

Vinyl tiled floor polishing (may need stripping first?)
I have vinyl tiles in my house in the entry, hallway, laundry, small utility...

Ensuite bathroom requires vinyl matching and fitting,
as above as well as arcitrave requires painting and sliding door top refixing...

Concrete Polishing
Required for 2 rooms approx 5x3metres and 4 x 3metres.
